- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Preston isn't part of a larger firm because no lawyers are willing to work with him. Don't waste your time or money with him. Even if you have to hire an attorney from Charlottesville it will be worth the travel.By Tracy B, May 20, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a horrible lawyer. He will milk you for thousands and thousands of dollars for little to no work done. He will add hours of work done up and it will change monthly. I have never seen any lawyer do business like this man. He is not worth a penny. He came to a child visitation/custody court date and was far from being prepared, he didn't even have my children's name written down on anything he had with him nor did he remember them or any questions that he should ask them. On top of all this, hasn't sent a bill which was only for a balance of $1,500 out of over $10,000, never a phone call, then tried and get a judgement for the balance in court.By joseph mealy, March 12, 2017
